Fajita Moose Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground moose or beef
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can Rotel sauce
1 package Fajita Seasoning
1/4 cup water
Flour tortillas
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Sour cream
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced, sautéed in olive oil
Avocado, sliced
Tomato, sliced
Place first 6 ingredients in frying pan and cook. Make 2 layers in a greased pan starting with tortillas, meat mixture, and mozzarella. Spread with sour cream, onion and pepper, avocado, and tomato. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese melts.
