Worst part is when the company is not in the Goodstanding and you get the cerificate stating that, and all the fees have been payed and there's nothing to do about it any more. Well there is but it's a very complicated procdure and one should consider all pros and cons before fixing all the errors and re-establishing the Goodstaning with the state. Been there did that.
